My Stash of Trash

This stash of trash
is from the yard sale
that I found in No-Man's Land
a couple of weeks ago.

Mr. H was happy I finally cleaned out the car,
but was dreadfully unhappy to find
the stash on our patio.

How can he call this beautiful wrought iron,
chippy, rusty, crusty "whatever"
trash?

I would call them something else,
like "treasures."

Can't wait to clean them up and display them.
I'm thinking about pumpkins on the iron
"whatchamacallit."

Happy, Happy Holiday!

Bonnie:)

  6. All I see are great treasures - the window, the shutter, the wrought iron plant stand (perfect for pumpkins!), and the wooden boxes. Have fun transforming them. Love your new name and your header, Vintage Girl!

  7. Are you a fan of "fixer Upper". They use a lot of vintage things in their decorating. I love their style. Looks like you have some great old things.

  10. Men just don't think like us; they only think of one purpose for an object, where we let our imaginations run wild! Great finds!

  12. Wait a minute---you sure you aren't married to my husband? I laughed when you said he was glad to see you took out of of the car...sometimes mine takes weeks for that to happen.
I know you will do something great with all of it!
