Simple Fall Decorating

Fall is in the air!
I loved the snippet of cool
that met me this morning in the patio. 

I'm not a sweater girl.
Too much excess baggage to wear excess.

Nothing hangs well on things that hang. 


I worked on a few projects yesterday.
Pulled out the lantern and filled it with Fall florals.

It's dark and damp here.
The light wasn't very good so I just pic-monkeyed it.


Filling lanterns, bird houses, ironstone bowls, just about anything
 with Dollar Tree finds is an easy way to decorate simply
and without spending an arm and a leg.


Simple is all I know.

    Bonnie, I love simple. It works for me too. Some things are always part of my décor...I usually do real pumpkins and gourds...but not this year so far. I love that big lantern , looks great in the window. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    Those are lovely Fall touches. I totally get the 'excess baggage' part too. I'm more of a cardigan girl because they are easy to take off and I can leave them open when this now 50 year old gets too warm (man it is still difficult to type the big 5-0. Just looks weird lol.) Have a great week!
