I had a few minutes on Saturday to browse.
I was at one of my favorite shops and ran into the sweet lady
who helped design my home.
By "design", I simply mean,
pick out light fixtures, brick and siding color, granite-
those kinds of things.
My home is certainly not a magazine design.
She has a booth in our local antique shop.
It was great bumping into her.
I told my children last week
that Nashville only felt like home
when I was with them.
I miss bumping into people I know.
It was nice.
She told me about a craft fair that was going on
just down from where I live,
The Mill.
I wrote a post on The Mill when I first moved.
It's an old mill that has been refurbished.
It was just a quick browse and I didn't buy a thing.
I was looking more at the decorating. It was a little cool inside and Christmas music was playing in the background.
The shop was called Urban Mills.
www.Urbanmillspromo.com if
you'd care to browse too.
They had the neatest ideas.
I may have to steal this idea.
The dressing room was made
from refurbished wood
and sheets of aluminum.
The entrance was very inviting.
The merchandise was a little out of
my league, but I enjoyed looking anyway.
One more favorite to come.
Please pray for my husband and I. We have some decisions to make.
