A Fun Halloween

It was a fun Halloween.

I thought I was scheduled to work.
My brain kinda flips things without my permission.

I saw the numbers 5 and 12.
I was thinking, yeah, go in at 5...

And then it hit me!
Get off at 12???

I looked again.
It was 12:15 and I was late!!!
I don't know if I have ever been late for anything.

I got to spend the night with my family.
YiPpEE!

Look at those big smiles!
I tell you, they just melt my heart!

Have you ever seen a cuter Minnie?

The neighborhood Facebook page,
(the present Mrs. Cravitz-the snoop from Bewitched???)
told them to prepare with $200 worth of candy.
Between all of family, I think they spent close to that.

I've never seen so many kids!
Never!

Mr. H stayed back and gave out the candy.
He loved it!

We ate chili and hot dogs and watched the girls sing and dance.
They circled round and round to the tune of
"Let it Go."

It's still very warm here,
but God must have whispered,
"It's Fall,"
to Trevecca Nazarene University.

The campus is beautiful as it prepares
for Homecoming this weekend.
My girl is singing so I'll be there if possible.

Yesterday was my yearly mamo and exam,
the pain only women can understand.
Ugh.

I'm soooo ready for FALL and cooler temps!

Can you believe this was just a year ago?

And this baby girl was in the hospital last Halloween!

Hope you had an eventful festival or Trick or Treat!
