  2. Bonnie, you might try going into your dashboard, go to template...customize and then header and length. I'm trying to remember the exact words, but you'll see where to correct it.

  4. I went into layout to see what you could do, but I don't see anywhere to center it.

    Sorry that I can't help.

Karen of My Desert Cottages has an ebook that I bought long after I created my blog. I refer to it when I need to, but of course right now I can't locate it on my computer.

  5. I think your template is set too narrow and/or your image is too big for this width. If you resize your image smaller it will fit, or simply try adjusting the width in your settings.

  6. Take your header over to PicMonkey or iPiccy to resize the collage into a Facebook header. But please remember I am the original techno-idiot! If you had not told me, i would have thought you made it that way on purpose.

  9. I use 1150 for the width of my header when I save it (in PicMonkey) and that works for the size for my blog template. You can resave your header (in PicMonkey) with various sizes (ie) 2000 0r 1200 or xxx whatever number makes you header the correct width.

I think whatever you use to make your header you can save it as the LENGTH (and width will then be automatically resized) you want. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for visiting today.

  13. It looks like you've fixed it right? It looks centered to me. I had someone do mine for me last time so I'm no help. But I've read some great tips from some of the other bloggers so far.

  14. Yeah, I think Debbi has it right...this happened to me before. I had to go into Picmonkey where I had made my header and re-size it the specifications your blog suggests. When in doubt, google! I have found many great blogging tutorials on google...some of them on YouTube where you can actually watch the demo. Good luck, friend!

  19. l would never have noticed a thing wrong with your blog and think it looks perfectly lovely but since you're asking and trust me l don't know much:-) but perhaps if you go into blogger template and change your template to something where the blog name is centred as part of the layout. Also you could write your name across the actual header photo in your photo editing program and then you wouldn't need to have your header below the photo.....hope this helpful Bonnie.
