Junkin and Treasures

Yesterday I went junkin' a little.
I visited a little shop down
the road and the owner and I hit it off right away.

I asked her if she had room for a new vendor.
She did!
I told her I was interested.
I couldn't wait to hit Goodwill.

These were some of my finds.

A perfect small green creamer was 49 cents.

An aluminum pitcher in mint condition was $1.99.

Mama used to make tea in these when we spent
our summer at the church campground.

I remember tea and water being colder then.
Was it the pitcher?

ColorCraft.
Isn't that the old stuff?

I'm getting excited about new possibilities.
Not sure if my shop will still be
White Lace and Promises.

I'm thinking on this.
May need to cater to a larger clientale.

More to come...

Bonnie:)

I use these to drink my tea out of nearly every day :) You did GOOD!

  13. We used to drink out of the old aluminum glasses.....they came in colors and I have a stack of them from thrift store finds. Yes, that may have been the reason the drinks were so COLD!!!
God speed on your new adventure!
