Getting Ready for the Festival

I've spent the past month getting ready for
The Kaolin Festival
in
Washington County, Georgia.

Some great benefits are found in having
an end in mind,
including projects that will eventually
make it to the shop.

I found this neat little crate.
Of course, I spray painted it white.
I'll add some garland and use it to create a nice vignette in the shop
if it doesn't sell at the festival.

It's a small crate so I decoupaged  one of my favorite
sayings, "Laugh Often," scrapbooking die-cut on the front.
It's a great size to display my favorite paperbacks in.

Or just fill with STUFF.

212 is my favorite combination of numbers.

There's a story behind it.
The year that my daughter's vocal ensemble won first place in a regional talent competition,
she and her friends stayed in room 212 at the Days Inn on Bell Road
in Nashville, TN.
Great memories!

Just a simple little thing that was done in a few minutes
turned out to be one of my favorites.

I'm learning.

Fall Blessings,

Bonnie
