I Am a White Lace and Promises Kinda Girl

These were some of my estate sale finds. Unpainted it looked like a pile of junk!
I've been filling my shop with brights-turquoise, hot pink, red, yellow- because that is what has been selling. I was so happy when a customer came in Saturday and said, "When are you going to do some more of your white? I come in just to see what you've painted white this time."
I gotta tell you, I paint EVVVVERYthing WHITE!
Now these two pitchers I bought from my friend and blogger, Olive of OliveOut. Isn't she just the best? She has taught me so much! I've connected with so many of you through her blog. I just think she has such a way of capturing nature in its true beauty! And you would never believe what a thrifter she is!
Everyone said, "Don't even bother to go in the flower shed. There's nothing there but junk!"
Guess where my first stop was??? Right, the shed!
I found this little hand built shelf under a pile of rubble.
I dug it out!
Can you tell I don't mind a good dig?

The mirror and bench are not finished-still have to distress. The bench will make a great plant/flower stand-not quite long or sturdy enough for sitting on-at least for a plus size like me!
I'm sure someone will find a great use for it!
Just added the sunflower because I like it! Bought it a few weeks ago from another vendor.
I am White Lace and Promises. White makes me happy. Think I'll stick with what makes me smile:)

  5. White furniture is still our BEST seller. I tend to be a color person myself, so it's really hard for me to go white.
